Tuck in this winter and set your week up with this cozy online series to broaden your understanding of the chakras and deepen your ability to use journal writing as a tool for gaining insight and clarity. You need not be concerned about sharing your writing with the group. Replays will be available, but it is suggested that you plan on only missing one class. (People fall behind easily and don’t get as much out of it if they miss more than one week.)
This class will include suggestions for understanding and balancing your chakras by accessing writing, poetry, movies, art, music, local events, meditations, yoga practices, food, oils, decor, clothing, and self-care rituals.
